Our Exclusive Villa Retreat is located in a very quiet rural area, outside Negombo center and only 15 minutes from Sri Lanka’s International Airport. With only 3 stand-alone Private Pool Villas and an adjacent 2 Bedroom Luxury Bungalow, JAS Villas offers all options for couples, families, small groups and/or seminars.

All our Pool Villas can be rented indidually on B&B basis, making it the ideal for arriving or departing visitors to Sri Lanka. Airport Transfers can be arranged on request (additional charges may apply).

Self-Catering Groups can make use of a modern, fully equipped kitchen at the M Bungalow, with optional cook and/or shopping services.
